Ojubanire Olugbenga is a young, vivacious human capital development enthusiast, looking to make waves both locally and on the international stage. With an extensive and ever-expanding repertoire in the fields of project management and human resource management, in hand with a keen interest into the varying nuances of entrepreneurship and enterprise management skills, it can be said that he is on the track to local and international acclaim.

Achievements

Olugbenga has a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the Chartered Institute of Project Management, Akure Centre and a B. Sc in Consumer Sciences (Resource Management and Extension) from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun state.

An aspiring erudite professor, Olugbenga makes a strong case for one still so young. Serving as President of the Association of Family, Nutrition and Consumer Sciences Students at the Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile Ife from 2011 to 2012, as well as President of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Drug Free Club, Ondo, West Local Government from 2014 to 2015, provide compelling evidence to his leadership and management skills and also making his in-depth understanding of human resource management, self-evident. He was also the Students’ Staff Adviser, Department of Food Science and Technology at Wesley University, Ondo 2016.

Olugbengas’ tireless efforts have seen one of his manuscripts accepted for publication in the Journal of Family and Consumer Sciences Societies of Nigeria; Ojubanire O.A. (2015) Impact of Cooperative Thrift and Credit Societies on Women Livelihood in Oyo East Local Government Area of Oyo StateHe has also co-acted with Idowu H.A.O., and Agboola A.A., to submit the manuscript; (20170 Action Learning by Professionals; Evidence from Nigeria. Global Journal of Business Research. Olugbenga is also a registered member of several professional bodies such as  Chartered Institute of Project Management, where he is an Associate member, and Family and Consumer Sciences Societies of Nigeria, where he has been a member since 2012. He is also constantly looking to expand his knowledge and puts no limits on his exposure. He is currently delving into the waters of Action Learning and Business Performance of Agribusinesses in South-West Nigeria.
